Heather Parkhill, DNP, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Heather moved to the Charleston area from Philadelphia in 2016. Heather has a wealth of primary care practice experience in community health with a focus on health prevention, education and family health. Her experiences include treating diabetes, hypertension, COPD, providing women’s health services, men’s health service’s and HIV health care.
Heather explains, “I love supporting my patient’s and empowering them through all walks of life and I see myself as a partner in their healthcare. I especially enjoy building relationships and working with my patients as they establish their healthcare goals and needs.” In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and staying active.

Dr. Will Largen
Physician
Dr. Will Largen is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in infectious disease at the Medical University of South Carolina. He has a strong passion for managing the complexities of HIV care, including the special psycho-social support it requires. Dr. Largen’s goal is to provide exceptional HIV care in a caring environment that emphasizes medication adherence and fosters a community of support.

Jennifer Adams
Director of Medical Services
Jennifer has worked in healthcare since 2009 and graduated with a BBA from Strayer University in 2011. She has over 13 years of management experience and believes in providing a compassionate and comfortable setting for patients to receive quality care. Primary care is essential to overall health and wellness, and Jennifer is proud to be a part of such a competent and caring team at Truesdale Medical Center.
Jennifer strives to help provide an environment where a positive patient experience is a top priority. She genuinely enjoys working with and getting to know the patients to help them attain optimal health. The whole team at Truesdale Medical Center strives to make patients feel at home in our clinic. Jennifer lives in Mount Pleasant with her two daughters.

Sarah Harbin-Coleman, MA, LPC
Mental Health Therapist
Sarah is a South Carolina LPC and has worked as a therapist since 2013. Sarah uses humor, intensive positive regard, and an unwavering willingness to get real and messy to find paths to solutions and healing. She specializes in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, anxiety/depression, ADHD, family concerns, sexuality, and religious trauma, and those who want to redefine their relationship with the therapeutic process.
Sarah accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna Insurance.

Cody Duke
Administrative Coordinator
Cody has worked in healthcare for many years. She truly enjoys being able to help people attain their best health and understands the importance of creating trusting relationships with patients to be effective in providing the best healthcare possible. She is part of the LGBTQ+ community and lives with her son Avery and dog Chewy in Summerville.
When a patient leaves Truesdale Medical Center, Cody wants them to feel relieved and knowledgeable that all their questions and concerns have been answered and their medical needs have been taken care of.

Antionette Wilson
LPN
Antionette was born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. She later moved to the Upstate in 2012 and resided in Spartanburg. While in the Upstate, she earned her LPN before starting her nursing career as a school nurse in Florida. She has since returned to the Lowcountry to be closer to family. A mother to four children, Antionette enjoys traveling, baking, spending time with family, and caring for those around her. She enjoys her work, making people feel comfortable, and helping others see health as a top priority.
